I wanted a coconut LIP BALM. I got a lip SCRUB in a BALM BOX. 4 TIMES. They never gave me the right product.

I've ordered from Colourpop three times…
The products are as described, and the quality matches the price point.
For my last order, the makeup arrived damaged in shipping. I emailed their team with pictures of the damage and heard back within 48 hours. They sent me a new item, and this time it arrived in great condition!
Overall good products, a responsive team, and effective customer service.

Because their products are priced so low, you are unable to return products. Their customer service team is upfront on their website and does not try to mislead you.

ColourPop sells foundation, concealer, powder, primer, setting spray, highlighter, bronzer, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, lip pencils, liquid and powder eyeshadow, eye brow filler, and eyeliner. They have a huge range of eyeshadow colors and you can customize your own palletes.

ColourPop has pretty much every type of makeup product in the categories of lips, face, eyes, and brushes. The main product they do not carry is mascara.

It is easy to create any look you desire with ColourPop. There are so many shades of eyeshadow and eyeliner to choose from that it is really up to your imagnination.
